Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@nyna.co.

Returns and Exchange:
It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchange within 14 business days of receiving the package in case of the following:

+ Size mismatch

+ Wrong product received

+ Damaged product received

No other requests will be entertained beyond those mentioned above.
